Reqirements:
A jailbroken device (http://www.idownloadblog.com/jailbreak/)
A non-jailbroken device (
A computer with iFunbox (http://www.i-funbox.com/)
iFile (from cydia)
Minecraft PE bought from appstore or cracked
instasign with certficate or xcode with certificate

On Jailbroken device:
1) Install mods on your mcpe (must be with mcpepatcher)
2) Navigate to /var/mobile/applications/Minecraft PE/
3) Find the folder "minecraftpe.app"
4) Make a new folder called "Payload"
5) Copy minecraftpe.app into Payload
6) Zip "Payload"
7) Change the .zip extension to .ipa
On computer:
8) Open up iFunbox
9) Transfer the new .ipa to the computer
10) Re-sign the .ipa with instasign or xcode
11) Install the signed .ipa onto the non jailbroken device with iFunbox
10) have fun!
